This function is not supported in Creo Simulate, however an approximate solution may be made using a transient convection boundary constraint. This is done by applying a convection constraint to the area with a very large Film Coefficient and using a time function on the Bulk Temperature. The large film coefficient forces the surface temperature to follow the bulk temperature very closely.
